Round 1: The Preliminary will be a best 2 out of 3, with a sudden death round in case of a tie.

Rules are simple: Rock, Paper, or Scissors.

• Rock crushes Scissors, but only if it's a real rock.
• Paper covers Rock, but only if it's been sufficiently folded.
• Scissors cuts Paper, but only if it's sharp enough.
