Session 1: The Obvious Decisions

Today we will be making the most unremarkable decisions possible.

Agenda:

• 10:00 AM - 10:30 AM: "Let's just do what we usually do."
• 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM: "I don't know, what do you want?"
• 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM: "We should probably just Google it."

We'll be taking a 15-minute break to scroll through our phones.

Action Items:

• Implement "Let's just do what we usually do" in all areas of the company.
• Create a team of highly-paid consultants to ask "I don't know, what do you want?"
• Replace all decision-making software with Google.
