Trust Falls: Icebreaker Session 3
Today we're diving into the world of Trust Falls! In this session, participants will learn to trust each other while navigating an obstacle course of trust-falling, literally.
Objective: Build trust with your colleagues by falling off a small platform while shouting "I trust you!"
Materials:
- A small, sturdy platform (or a stack of couch cushions)
- a stopwatch
- a megaphone
- a first aid kit (just in case)
