Materials:

A small cliff (approx. 5 feet high)

A safety net (just kidding, you'll probably just get hurt)

Instructions:

1. Gather your team in the conference room.

2. Explain the concept of trust to your colleagues.

3. One by one, have each team member climb onto the small cliff, while their colleagues hold the safety net (just for show).

4. The team member must then fall backwards off the cliff, while their colleagues shout "We trust you, Bob!"
