Special Bonus Exercise: Bob's Approach

Bob's Approach: A Step-by-Step Guide

Follow these steps to achieve true team harmony:

  1. Step 1: Pretend to listen to your coworkers.
  2. Step 2: Pretend to care about their problems.
  3. Step 3: Pretend to be interested in their weekend plans.
  4. Step 4: Repeat steps 1-3 until someone actually starts to care about your weekend plans.

This is a proven, scientifically-backed method (completely made up, but sounds legit, right?) to create a team that is actually, kind of, somewhat functional.
