Annex 1: The Voidus Method

  1. Step 1: Create a meeting with no discernible purpose
  2. Step 2: Invite everyone in the organization, including the janitor
  3. Step 3: Serve only decaf coffee and pretend it's espresso
  4. Step 4: Use a 5-minute timer to decide who gets to talk
  5. Step 5: Have the loudest person in the room decide everything
