The Royal Decree of the Minute Kingdom

By the Power vested in Me, I, the Minute King, hereby decree that all inhabitants of the Minute Kingdom shall:

1. Be required to wear a uniform of alternating black and white stripes for all formal occasions.
2. To participate in a mandatory 10-minute dance party every Friday at 3:00 PM sharp.
3. To maintain a minimum of 5 minutes of silence in the presence of a senior citizen.
4. To never, under any circumstances, speak the words "it's about time" in a meeting.
