Department of Excessive Spending:

Allocating 100% of the nation's GDP to:

• Extravagant parties and state dinners
• Personal collection of rare, antique door knockers
• Bribes for international dignitaries

Department of Inefficient Administration:

Funding:

• Mandatory meetings with myself
• Unnecessary paperwork for all citizens
• Extravagant, oversized office furniture
