Revolutionary Decree

By the authority vested in me, I hereby declare the following revolutionary changes:

  1. Article 1, Section 2, Subsection B: All meetings shall be held in a state of constant chaos.
  2. Article 2, Section 3, Subsection A: All minutes shall be written in crayon.
  3. Article 3, Section 1, Subsection C: All decisions shall be made by rolling a dice.
  4. Article 4, Section 4, Subsection D: All discussions shall be limited to 30 seconds.
