Our project is a lost cause, and we're all just pretending to care.
We're not going to make it to Friday, and prophets of doom are predicting our downfall.
ækDon't bother checking the calendar, it's just going to be more of the same.
Instead, let's just have a meeting to discuss our impending doom.
Maybe we'll even have a nice lunch to distract ourselves from the crushing despair.
Or maybe we'll just sit around and stare at each other with a mixture of desperation and apathy.
