Reasons for replacement:

The current manager is having a midlife crisis and keeps wearing a "I'm with Stupid" t-shirt.
The current manager's PowerPoint skills are on par with a kindergartener's.
The current manager has been using Comic Sans for the past 5 years.

1. Gather a team to help with the transition.

2. Find someone with actual marketing skills.

3. Fire the current manager during the company picnic.
