Meeting 5: Action Time

We've been sitting in this conference room for hours, and still no action. It's time to get down to business. Our agenda for today includes:

• Discuss the meaning of 'action items'.
• Decide on a plan to actually accomplish something.
• Assign tasks to the least competent members of the team.
• Take a 15-minute break for snacks.
