Meeting 5.4, Decision 2.0

This meeting was called to address the pressing issue of Decision 3.0 and to discuss the finer points of Decision 4.0. However, due to an unexpected announcement, we found ourselves sidetracked into a heated debate over Decision 2.0.

After much deliberation, we have reached the following decisions:

• Item 1: We shall implement the new version 2.0 of the project.
• Item 2: We shall not implement the version 1.0 of the project.

These decisions were reached after an agonizing 3 hours of deliberation.
