We're a team of highly trained professionals (read: interns from 2018) who ensure that our products meet the highest standards of mediocrity.

Our quality control process involves:

• Randomly selecting items from the warehouse
• Taking off 10% of the price tag and writing 'Quality Control' on it with a Sharpie
• Having a heated debate about whether it's a 3 or 4-star product
