OMNISCIENTIAL BUREAUCRATIC PROCLAMATION

IN THE YEAR 2023, BY THE OMNISCIENTIAL BUREAUCRATIC COUNCIL, PROCLAMATION NUMBER 42:

WHEREAS, THE COUNCIL HAS DETERMINED THAT ALL MEMBERS OF SOCIETY MUST BE TREATED EQUALLY AND WITH RESPECT:

  • Article 1:

    All members of the council shall be addressed as "The Honorable" in all official documents and communications.

  • Article 2:

    All meetings shall commence precisely at 9:00 AM sharp, with all members in attendance, or face severe penalties.

  • Article 3:

    All members shall wear the official Omnisciential Bureaucratic Council uniform, which consists of a three-piece suit, a top hat, and a monocle, at all official meetings.

WHEREFORE, WE HEREBY PROCLAIM THIS PROCLAMATION AS LAW, AND ALL MEMBERS ARE EXPECTED TO COMPLY.
