Today we're going to cover the delicate art of saying no, without actually saying no. It's a subtle dance of words, a waltz of wiggly phrases, and a ballet of backpedaling excuses.

Here are some examples of acceptance speeches, where the speaker is really saying yes, but wants to appear as though they're saying no:

These speeches are perfect for when you want to appear as though you're considering the option, without actually committing to it. They're the perfect way to stall for time, or to make it seem like you're not actually saying no.

But be warned, these speeches are not foolproof. If you're not careful, you might end up getting caught in the web of your own words.
