We had a cheeseburger in the break room. We microwaved it for 3 minutes. We took it out. We were disappointed.
Our team lead, Bob, was particularly distraught. "This is a travesty," he said. "We can't even get a simple cheeseburger right."
Our team tried to salvage the situation by adding ketchup, mustard, and pickles. But it was too late. The damage was done.
As the CEO, I was forced to intervene, "Bob, my man, we can't all be winners. Sometimes you just have to microwave and pray."
