We're not kidding, our meetings are a see-through affair. We'll show you everything, no matter how ugly it gets.

2. Accountability - we own up to our mistakes, even when they're not our fault

We're not perfect, but we own it. And if it's not our fault, we'll still take the blame.

3. Inclusivity - because everyone's weird, and we're okay with that

We're all misfits here, and we're proud of it. Come as you are, or don't, we really don't care.

4. Creativity - we'll make up new problems to solve, just for fun
