8:00 AM - Arrival and Coffee
Arrive at the conference room, pour yourself a cup of coffee, and stare blankly into space for 10 minutes to get those creative juices flowing.
- Bring your own coffee, or risk being labeled a "non-team-player."
- Do not stare at your phone during this crucial time. It's not a phone-farming session.
8:30 AM - Agenda Introduction
Bob from Accounting will introduce the meeting agenda, which will be a thrilling 47-slide PowerPoint presentation filled with bullet points and bullet points and bullet points...
- Don't even think about dozing off during Bob's presentation. It's like watching paint dry, but with more PowerPoint.
9:30 AM - Brainstorming Session
Time to get those creative juices flowing! We'll be brainstorming innovative ideas to solve the "what color should our new copier be?" conundrum.
- Remember, there's no such thing as a bad idea, so don't worry about being wrong. Unless you suggest painting the copier bright pink, that's just not going to happen.
- Side effects may include: sudden urges to yell "Eureka!" or "We're going to be billionaires!"
11:30 AM - Lunch Break
We'll take a well-deserved break to fuel up for the rest of the meeting. Don't forget to eat your feelings, or you'll starve!
Link to Meeting Snacks for more information on our catered lunch options.
12:30 PM - Post-Meeting Wrap-Up
Time to tie up those loose ends and make a to-do list for the rest of the week.
- Don't forget to set reminders for the next meeting, or you'll forget what you did this meeting!
- Take a photo with Bob from Accounting for Instagram to commemorate the occasion.
