Here are some tips for making your meetings more interesting, or at least more tolerable:

• Assign each team member a random historical figure. Bonus points if they can accurately recreate their accent and mannerisms.
• Have them present their idea, but only as a parody of the figure they are playing.

Example: "Hello, I am Napoleon Bonaparte, and I decree that we will build this bridge, or else!"
