The Art of Meeting, a Parable:

In a land far, far away, there was a meeting that lasted for 17 days.

The attendees were a mix of the most dedicated and the most distracted, all gathered to decide on the color of the carpet in the break room.

After 17 long days, they finally reached a consensus: the carpet would be a shade of beige, with a hint of gray, and a dash of regret.

Resolution: The carpet shall be beige with a hint of gray and a dash of regret.

But, as the meeting adjourned, a young intern, fresh from the depths of Google, piped up with a question:

"But, um, what about the carpet in the bathroom? Should we, like, make it match the break room?"

The room fell silent, as all present realized that they had forgotten the most important question of all.

Thus, the meeting continued, into the 18th day.
