We will waste 2 hours discussing the obvious, just to make sure everyone agrees on something.
Section B: The Slightly Less Pointless Posturing
We will spend 3 hours pretending to consider the obvious, but secretly everyone knows the answer already.
Section C: The Actual Work (optional)
We will spend 30 minutes doing actual work, if we can find anyone who still cares.
Section D: The Unnecessary Appendices
We will add a whole page of extra details just to confuse everyone.
