- Make a few half-hearted attempts to make it sound like we're accomplishing something.
- Dream up a few more pointless agenda items to tack on to the end of the meeting.

- Send an email to everyone to let them know we're not accomplishing anything.
- Set up a meeting to discuss the lack of progress on our non-progress.
