Meetings: 2-300: Option 2 - Omnibus Proposal

As we all know, our previous meeting was a resounding success, mainly because we didn't actually achieve anything, but we did eat a lot of donuts.

The omnibus proposal is an attempt to rectify this, by introducing an entirely new system of meetings, where everyone talks, and no one actually accomplishes anything, but with more donuts.

Key points:

• We'll have more meetings.
• We'll talk longer about nothing.
• We'll have more breaks, with more snacks.

Implementation:

1. We'll create a new committee, with 17 members, to discuss the merits of our previous committees.
2. We'll establish a new department, to deal with the consequences of our previous departments.
3. We'll have a "no work" policy, where no actual work is done, but lots of reports will be written.
