Meetings can be a real time-suck, but sometimes you just need to cut to the chase and make a decision already. This method involves setting a timer for 10 minutes, and in that time, come up with a solution that everyone can live with. No overthinking, no overanalyzing, just go.

Pros:

• No endless debate or arguing.
• No need to consider every minor detail.
• Get things done in no time (or at least, relatively quickly)

Cons:

• Might not be the "best" solution.
• Risks alienating team members who feel their opinions were dismissed.
