Robot Overlords
It is proposed that we install Robot Overlords in key positions throughout the company, allowing them to provide guidance and leadership to their human counterparts. This would eliminate the need for pointless meetings, and allow for more efficient decision making.
- Implement a Robot Overlord for each department, allowing for streamlined communication and task delegation.
- Establish a Robot Overlord council to make high-level decisions and allocate resources.
- Develop a system for Robot Overlords to trade "suggestion points" for human workers, providing a tangible reward system for productivity.
