It started innocently enough. A simple meeting about the quarterly sales numbers. But little did we know, the copier in the conference room would decide this was the perfect moment to malfunction, spewing forth a stream of molten coffee everywhere.
The CEO was not pleased. "This is a disaster!" he exclaimed, as he frantically tried to stanch the flow of coffee with a nearby fire extinguisher.
But it was too late. The damage was done. The conference room was ruined. And the copier? It just kept on spewing.
