The meeting began with a discussion on the importance of being on time. Or, rather, not being late.
- The team lead arrived 10 minutes early, setting a new standard for punctuality.
- The intern, however, was seen sneaking in the back door 5 minutes late, setting a new standard for stealth.
- The project manager, on the other hand, was 15 minutes late, but only because she was stuck in a meeting about meetings.
Next up was the presentation on "The Art of Doing Nothing" by John, the team's resident expert on procrastination.
- John's slides were a work of art, featuring 50 different ways to avoid work.
- The audience was wowed by his innovative use of Powerpoint.
- Unfortunately, the presentation was cut short when the projector broke, but not before John had a chance to say "I'm not late, I'm just fashionably delayed."
After the presentation, the team took a 10-minute break to discuss the importance of snacks in the office.
- Coffee was voted the most popular snack.
- Cookies were a close second.
- Doritos were, surprisingly, not even considered.
