Session 1: "The Great Whiteboard
We are stuck in a room full of markers. They are on the ceiling.
Objective: Create a project plan that doesn't make us want to pull our hair out.
Brainstormed Ideas:
- Use more markers, but only on the wall.
- Make a "to-do" list that we can actually follow.
- Get more coffee.
