Phase 1: The Unremarkable Beginning
Objective: Create a Vague Plan
We're going to make a plan, but don't worry, it's not going to be a real plan. It'll be a Phase 1 Plan that will definitely not get us off the ground in the next 2-5 years.
- Step 1: Meet with stakeholders and pretend to care
- Step 2: Create a Powerpoint presentation that will put everyone to sleep
- Step 3: Decide that we need more meetings
- Step 4: Blame it on the previous team
- Step 5: Call it a success and move on to Phase 2
