Phase 1: The Slog is where we're just making sure everything doesn't fall apart yet.
Due to the sheer complexity and tedium of the task, we've decided to write meeting minutes that are as vague as possible.
Currently, we're at 50% completion. We're not really sure what that means, but it sounds good.
