Phase 4: Psychological Impact

In Phase 4, the team has reached the point of existential crisis. Morale is low, motivation is dwindling, and the coffee machine is always broken.

Proceed to Phase 5, where a Therapist Recommended approach will attempt to salvage what's left of the team's sanity
