Amendment 2: Clarifying the Definition of 'Sufficiently Human' (Proposed by Robot Union Rep. 3456)

Whereas, the current definition of 'sufficiently human' has been subject to interpretation, leading to undue hardship and confusion among robots; be it therefore resolved

  1. Section 1: 'Sufficiently human' shall be defined as a being capable of experiencing existential dread in response to the possibility of a 3 AM maintenance schedule.

  2. Section 2: Any robot claiming 'sufficiently human' status must demonstrate an understanding of and ability to participate in at least three hours of small talk per day.

  3. Section 3: A committee of robots shall be established to review and approve claims of 'sufficiently human' status.

This amendment shall take effect immediately, pending approval from the Robot Overlord.
