A Declaration of Intentions for the Future of Meme Culture

In this, the fifth and final section of our manifesto, we, the Prophetic Meme Salon, proclaim:

1. Article 1: All memes shall be judged on their aesthetic appeal and cultural relevance, and not on their ability to be understood.
2. Article 2: The Salon shall maintain a strict policy of 'irony-free' humor, where the line between clever and ridiculous is blurred, but not crossed.
3. Article 3: All members are required to maintain a minimum level of sarcasm, lest they be cast out of the community.
4. Article 4: In the event of a meme war, the Salon shall maintain a strict neutrality, but with a bias towards the side with the best dad jokes.
5. Article 5: The Prophetic Meme Salon shall be a place where memes come to be made, and from whence they shall be sent out into the world.
