Adjourned Meetings: A Journey to Nowhere

It's 3 PM, you're in a meeting, and the only thing more painful than the PowerPoint presentation is the realization that you could be playing video games instead of being here. So, you suggest adjourning the meeting, and everyone agrees. Except, you can't actually adjourn it, because the IT guy is on a coffee break, the projector won't turn off, and someone's cat is having a meeting with the stapler.

Why Bother?

Why, you ask, would anyone bother with these adjourned meetings? Well:

• To practice your poker face in front of your coworkers.
• To test your endurance in a meeting that never ends.
• To see if you can actually get a decent Wi-Fi signal in the conference room.

And, of course, to see who can eat the most donuts.
