The people of the land shall be beset on all sides by the horrors of the Great Sausage, a creature of unrelenting ferocity and insatiable hunger.
Its roar shall shake the very foundations of the earth, and its presence shall be a harbinger of doom.
The only ones to survive the Great Sausage shall be the ones who have mastered the art of extreme ironing, a feat of great difficulty and dubious taste.
But fear not, for the prophecy also foretells the arrival of the Great Bureaucratic Overload, a force so powerful that it shall bring order to the chaos.
And so, it is said that the people shall band together, donning their finest aprons and readying their steam irons, to face the challenges of 3055 with courage and... extreme ironing.
