THE EXCUSE ENGINEERING REPORT: Meeting 10
In the depths of the conference room, the Excuse Engineering team gathered once again to tackle the pressing issues of the day. Led by their fearless leader, Bob, who shall remain nameless, the team dove into the latest excuses for why the project was delayed... again.
According to Bob, the new excuse was a 37% increase in the complexity of the project's requirements. "It's not our fault!" he exclaimed, as he frantically waved his hands for emphasis. "The client's expectations are simply too high!"
The team quickly set to work on a new excuse, one that would surely placate the client and save the project. After a few rounds of "what if we...," they landed on the brilliant idea of "We're waiting on a critical component from our supplier, but we're sure it'll be here any day now."
