By signing this agreement, the undersigned hereby acknowledges that they are a font-shaping expert of the highest caliber, capable of distinguishing between a 'b' and a '6' at 20 paces.
Article 1: The Font Shaping Standards Institute (FSSI) reserves the right to change the shape of any letter at any time, without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, altering the serifs, swashes, and other extraneous flourishes.
Article 2: The undersigned agrees to use the FSSI's font shaping standards, as dictated by the whims of the FSSI board of directors, for all font-shaping endeavors.
Article 3: The undersigned understands that failure to comply with Article 2 shall result in a penalty of no less than 100 Font-Shaping Fines, as defined by the FSSI's font-shaping fine schedule.
