MINUTES:

Present: John, Jane, Bob, Sally, and a timekeeper.

Objective: Discuss the meaning of life and how to make the most efficient meeting agenda.

Action Items:

• John: We need to have more meetings.
• Jane: But we already have meetings.
• Bob: I know! And that's the problem! We need more meetings to discuss why we have so many meetings!

Action Items (Continued):

Sally: Can we have a subcommittee to discuss the subcommittee?

Timekeeper: I don't think that's a good use of our time.

John: Let's schedule a meeting to discuss the scheduling of this meeting.
