Meeting 4: Bureaucratic Red Tape Bureaucracy

We are currently experiencing an unprecedented level of bureaucratic red tape. Please fill out form 27-B/6 in triplicate and submit it to the relevant authorities.

Minutes of Meeting 4

Present: Bob, Alice, Dave, Carol, and 17 other people who are still on the waiting list.

We reviewed the minutes of Meeting 3 and decided to move forward with the project, but only after we've filled out 5 more forms and obtained necessary permissions from the relevant department.

Bob will be in charge of form 27-B/6.
Alice will handle form 27-B/7.
Carmen will deal with the permissions from the relevant department.
Everyone else will just sort of... exist.

Please note that the meeting has been adjourned due to a lack of progress on the necessary forms. A special meeting will be called when the forms have been completed.
