- The color of the stapler on the conference table
- Whether or not the copier paper should be on the left or right side of the room
- Who ate the last donut from the break room fridge

- To spend 3 hours discussing the color of the stapler, but ultimately decide not to change it
- To spend an additional 2 hours deciding on where to place the copier paper, but end up just putting it wherever
- Fail to reach a consensus on who ate the last donut, and instead spend 1.5 hours re-reading the meeting minutes from the previous week to try and find a clue
