Today we discuss the reorganization of the keyboard layout to accommodate more fingers for the committee members.

Proposed changes include swapping the "A" and "Z" keys, moving the "M" key to the number row, and adding a "TBD" key for "To Be Determined" scenarios.

Expert committee members will provide valuable minimalist feedback.
