Meeting 5: The One Where We Argued About Fonts

Yesterday was a real treat. We spent the entire meeting arguing about whether serifs are the bane or boon of modern typography. Some of us were for, some against, and others just pretended to have an opinion.

Some highlights included: "I just don't see the point of serifs, they're so... so... distracting!" and "But think of all the poor sans-serif fonts out there, forced to live in a world without their precious tails! It's a travesty, I tell ya!"

Of course, the meeting devolved into a heated debate about the merits of monospacing vs. tracking. I kid you not, it was like watching a group of toddlers argue over whose turn it is to play with the ball.
