Meeting 6: The One Where We Realized We're Not Actually Doing Any Actual Work

Today was the day we finally realized that our project is never going to be finished. The look on our team leader's face was priceless when we asked for an update.

Somebody had the bright idea of having a "brainstorming session" to figure out what to do next, but we all knew that was just a euphemism for "we're all just going to sit here and stare at our laptops for an hour while pretending to be productive"

After some "intense discussions" and a few "key decisions", we all went out for lunch. The highlight of the meeting was when our team leader tried to convince us that we're "just on the verge of a breakthrough" and that we "only need to push through" and "believe in ourselves". Yeah, sure.

As the meeting adjourned, everyone was seen quickly glancing at their watch, pretending to be interested in the time.
