Meeting 6: The Redundant Decisioning Committee
The Redundant Decisioning Committee (RDC) met to discuss the importance of discussing the importance of discussing the agenda.
We established that the agenda was important, and that discussing it was also important.
After much deliberation, we decided that we needed to decide on a decision.
Action Items:
- Send out a memo to all committee members stating that the agenda is important.
- Schedule a follow-up meeting to discuss the importance of discussing the agenda.
- Consider hiring a consultant to help us decide on a decision.
