MEETING 7: THE CASE OF THE MISSING KEURIG
Wherein we discuss the disappearance of the office Keurig, and the ensuing panic that ensued.
Present: Jane, John, Bob, Alice, and the CEO.
Case Background
The Keurig, a machine that dispensed coffee and hot chocolate with reckless abandon, had been a staple in the office for years.
But on the morning of the 7th meeting, it was gone.
The office was thrown into disarray, with some calling it a "coup" while others saw it as a "rite of passage".
The Investigation
John, the self-appointed head of the investigation, reported that he had spoken to several employees who saw a suspicious figure lurking around the Keurig's last known location.
Alice, the resident expert on all things caffeinated, suggested that the Keurig may have been spirited away by a rival company, seeking to steal its secrets.
But as the meeting wore on, it became clear that nothing was as it seemed.
The Twist
It turned out that the Keurig had simply been replaced by a newer, fancier model, which had been hidden away in a secret room by the CEO.
The office was shocked, shocked, SHOCKED.
The Aftermath
The office was forced to regroup and reassess its priorities, and a new meeting was scheduled for the next day to discuss the implications of the new Keurig.
The CEO was seen fleeing the scene, muttering something about "synergy" and "disruption of the paradigm".
