Meeting Practices - Because Who Needs Actual Work?

Our team has mastered the art of meetings. We have meetings about meetings, meetings to discuss meetings, and meetings to discuss the meetings that we're having about meetings.

Our meeting practices include, but are not limited to:

• Starting on time (ish)
• Having a clear agenda (that will inevitably get derailed)
• Encouraging active listening (while simultaneously checking our phones)
• Taking breaks to grab a snack (or three)
