Meet our Neighborhood Watcher, Bob. Bob has been watching your neighborhood for years, and has a keen eye for detail. He can tell you who's been eating all the cat food, who's been playing their music too loud, and who's been stealing the Jones' garden gnomes.

Bob is a master of observation. He can see everything from the comfort of his armchair on the corner of Oak and Maple.

Some of Bob's notable accomplishments include:

• Catchin' a thief in the act (it was just the mailman, but still)
• Exposing the secret life of the neighbor's cat (it was a raccoon)
• Solving the great lawn care mystery (it was the squirrels)
