- Uncontrollable urge to schedule meetings during off hours
- Unrelenting need to have others present in meetings for the sake of appearances
- Unshakeable conviction that others will somehow magically understand the importance of these meetings
- Unwillingness to admit that others are secretly rolling their eyes during these meetings
