Chapter 12: The Unexpected Abandonment of the Conference Room
And so, the meeting that was supposed to be productive, turned into a scene straight out of a bad sitcom. Suddenly, without warning, our beloved Prophet X had vanished. The conference room was left empty, with only a trail of scattered notes and the faint scent of stale coffee in the air.
The last thing he said was "I'm going to the bathroom" but we all know that's just code for "I've given up on humanity and I'm going to go find a cave to live in".
Now, we're left with a meeting that's as dead as a doornail. The fate of our project hangs in the balance, and all we're left with is a bunch of confused faces and a few scattered Post-It notes.
What's Next?
We're not sure. But, we're going to need to regroup and try to figure out what happened. Maybe we can even find a way to get Prophet X back. But, for now, we're stuck with a bunch of unanswered questions and a lot of "what if's".
Will we ever find out what really happened to him? Only time will tell. But, one thing's for sure, we'll never look at the phrase "I'm going to the bathroom" the same way again.
